Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a printing press operator or in training.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules and procedures.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping.
• Perform make-readies to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, and substrates are used.
• Conduct required quality checks for product specs, visuals, and functionality.
• Operate press to meet customer specifications while monitoring quality, waste, and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent quality through color, copy, registration, and ink adhesion checks.
• Complete procedures and measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
