Job summary

TGG Accounting in Marshall County, IN seeks Flexo Press Operators or Trainees for an onsite role. This hands-on position emphasizes operating flexo presses and handling materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.

You will set up presses, monitor performance, perform changeovers, inspect rolls, record data, and handle basic maintenance and material prep for shipping. Training on 1st shift precedes the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating flexo presses.
• Experience with film, paper, foil, or labels.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexo press machines per job specs.
• Monitor performance and adjust for quality/efficiency.
• Perform changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, tension and defects.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Load/unload, label and prepare materials for shipping.
