Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in press operator or related production.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press and perform setup of plates, dies, inks, and coatings as per work tickets.
• Run job setup and log data related to job setup in the system.
• Execute printing operations while checking color registration and die-cuts for quality.
• Load substrates, monitor production, and record material usage and time variances.
• Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of press components.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor/Production Manager to resolve issues and improve processes.
