Job summary

HomeChoice HealthCare is hiring part-time Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team on a semi-flexible basis. We offer 6-8 hour weekend shifts with occasional weekday fill-ins and flexible scheduling based on client and employee availability.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and adherence to care plans and policies.

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification/training as applicable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work independently.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Previous home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide companionship and supportive care.
• Follow the client's care plan and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and families.
