Candidates should be available for peak weekend hours, early mornings, and holidays, and be ready to work 4–8 hour shifts with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include accurate order fulfillment, product knowledge, and customer service excellence across in-store and online orders.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with urgency using handheld devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service standards to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with regulations such as age verification for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product promotions and store events.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members.
