Job summary

ECE Subhub in Michigan is hiring Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support classrooms serving children ages 0 to 5. We tailor weekday schedules to your availability, offering training and guidance before assignments, and a reachable Regional Manager to support your shift.

You will assist with activities, help implement lesson plans, supervise children, and build positive relationships in a warm, professional classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children from birth through age 5.
• Formal education in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Current CDA credential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines
• Helping implement lesson plans
• Supervising children to keep them safe
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Maintaining a warm and professional classroom presence

Skills

Experience with children birth-5

Education

Associate degree or 18 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field

Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work, Family/Youth Studies, ECE, or related field with ZA/ZS endorsement

Current CDA credential
