Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to build part-time or full-time caseloads for virtual charter school students via Zoom.

Roles are flexible and designed for the upcoming school year, with school hours preferred and a virtual platform provided. Applicants must hold Pennsylvania OT licensure and provide up-to-date clearances or be willing to obtain them, along with professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
