Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Manistee, MI. The role covers bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to help him stay independent at home.

The position is long term, 14 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Pay is $22 per hour ($18 base + $4 bonus) and bonuses are earned for fulfilling all shifts in the pay period. We conduct a background check and TB skin testing if needed; training is provided; same-day pay

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Training will be provided for job specifics.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not recently completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking as needed.
• Help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily activities and safety for an elderly Veteran.
