Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an urgent care practice located about 50 miles west of Boston, MA, to recruit a dedicated Urgent Care Physician. This role features flexible schedules and a light patient census to provide thorough, patient-centered care in a team-based environment.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary with a quality bonus up to 10% of salary, plus retirement, health/dental plans, CME with allowance, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedules
• Patient census no more than 16 per day
• 1250 patient panel size
• Longer patient appointment times
• No Call and No Weekends
• 1 MD to 1 MA
• 27/7 Nurse Triage Support
• Medical Receptionists
• Patient Navigators
