Qualifications

• California Guard License is required prior to hire.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience and/or 2 years of unarmed security is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible roster, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and random patrols of multiple premises.
• Report security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences.
• When necessary, perform control procedures.
• Operate emergency equipment.
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports.
• Investigate breaches of property.
