Job summary
A Louisiana-based supplemental staffing agency is seeking a Travel RN specializing in Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications, along with 2 years of experience in a Labor & Delivery setting. Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- 2 years of prior experience in a Labor & Delivery setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to laboring patients.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Manage patient care under pressure.
Skills
Current registered nurse (RN) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
Certification in a clinical specialty area
