Qualifikationen

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Idaho state and 2+ years prescribing experience.
• Active DEA and individual NPI number.
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate.

• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations for new patient referrals.
