Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is hiring Tax Preparers for the 2026 tax season in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Ahawatukee/ Chandler area. Join our team to help clients navigate tax filing, learn through our training, and deliver accurate tax returns across multi-year/state forms.

Role emphasizes customer service, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement; prior tax or accounting exposure is a plus and bilingual Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

2+ years customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete Jackson Hewitt Tax School and training.
Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
Prepare accurate tax forms for clients (multi-year/state).
Provide IRS audit support and e-file forms.
Process client tax payments and deposits.
Answer tax questions and assist with tax planning.
Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
