Kelly Education is hiring substitute teachers for Coffee County Schools. No prior experience is required, and substitutes are welcomed as mentors who help students grow. You can build a flexible schedule and enjoy weekly pay, with orientation on district policies and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include following lesson plans, maintaining a conducive learning environment, and, for long-term roles, developing and grading assessments as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age for elementary positions.
• 18 years of age for middle/high school positions.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
• Build a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students' abilities and interests.
• For long-term assignments, may be required to develop lesson plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments.
