Qualifications

• Clean criminal record verified through FBI and BCI background checks.
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Provide three professional references.
• Obtain Ohio Department of Education Substitute Teacher License or possess a Teaching License.
• Complete SubSkills Online training and submit all mandatory professional development modules.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent classroom teacher.
• Create an organized and welcoming classroom environment.
• Ensure students are supervised and engaged.
• Maintain existing classroom management and discipline procedures.
• Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding activities.
