Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different grade levels and subjects.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Provide effective instruction and facilitate learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly classroom environment.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and other duties.
• Manage student behavior according to school policies.
• Take attendance and maintain records as required.
• Communicate progress and needs to the regular teacher.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding student and school information.
• Follow all school emergency, safety, and security procedures.
