Job summary

RDSolutions offers a flexible, part-time driver/field associate opportunity in Indiana. You choose your hours and decide how much you earn, with training provided to maximize efficiency in each store you service.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, smartphone with company app, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
