RDSolutions in the United States is seeking a Research Associate to earn by performing preplanned delivery and collection tasks with flexible hours. Work is independent and training is provided. You control how much you earn based on hours and efficiency.

Choose shifts within the client windows, and enjoy benefits like paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds in some projects.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or collect assignments as directed by the company.
• Drive to store locations and complete tasks within client windows.
• Maintain accurate records of hours and mileage and submit as required.
• Attend training sessions and adhere to safety and company policies.
• Keep a professional, reliable schedule and communicate with the company as needed.
