Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support our essential grocery-store projects with flexible schedules. No experience is needed, and you can work within the store's open hours while staying respectful of study needs for college students.

You'll receive training, a guaranteed minimum pay with upside, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth. Dress is casual, and you’ll help maintain accountability, respect, and trust in every assignment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers during some projects.
