Job summary

Mass Park Inc. is seeking Shuttle Drivers (FT or PT) to operate in the Springfield, MA area using minivans and 14-passenger shuttles that do not require a CDL. Starting pay is $20/hour, with higher rates for CDL holders who can fill in on other routes.

We offer a variety of shifts near local colleges with 2–5 shifts per week, including options on weekends for charters and events. Weekly payroll is provided via check, direct deposit, or pay card.

Qualifications

• Requires safe driving practices and passenger safety.
• Excellent customer service and communication with patrons.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and document findings.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures for shuttle operations.
• Background checks and driving tests are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons politely and assist them as needed.
• Safely shuttle customers to various destinations.
• Open and close doors for patrons.
• Adhere to all traffic laws/signs for safe operation of shuttles.
• Communicate with customers and staff via radio and in person.
