Job summary

Insight Public Sector in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Logistics Associate I-Flex to join our onsite warehouse team. You will verify shipments, pick and pack orders, and help ensure accurate, timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a flexible 20-hour workweek with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required; familiarity with RF scanners and shipping procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent with at least 6 months warehouse experience.
Knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures and some computer experience.
Ability to multitask, and strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints promptly.
Ability to communicate in English to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents and note discrepancies or damage.
Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print labels.
Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verify quantity and product.
Select right box sizes, pack products, and send boxes onto the conveyor line for quality checks.
