Job summary

Harrington Bottling, the Pepsi Bottler serving Southwest Montana, is seeking Warehouse Truck Loaders to join our Bozeman distribution team. This role supports loading cases and pallets, organizing loads, and ensuring timely deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, and opportunities to grow in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is preferred.
• Experience with loading trucks and pallets is a plus.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes is helpful.
• Inventory accuracy and basic warehouse controls are expected.
• Strong reliability and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverage products for delivery by loading orders onto route trucks.
• Organize products, stage loads, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move products around the warehouse and prepare trucks for next day's deliveries.
• Keep loading areas organized and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and productive workplace.
