Job summary

RNs will provide direct nursing care, support daily unit operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Twelve months of verifiable RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
