Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts seeks team members for the Burlington, MA location of Jamba & Auntie Anne’s. You will welcome guests, assemble smoothies and pretzels, and manage transactions with care while keeping the store inviting and clean.

No prior experience required—paid training with flexible 20–40 hour schedules. Uniforms provided, opportunities to advance, and benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 0 to 1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable working with warm and cold environments and with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to taste-test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare and serve smoothies, bowls, beverages, and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
