Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is not required; training provided.
• Age 16+ (Permit required if under 18)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
• English comprehension for instructions and communication
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, smartphones, and tablets - bonus points

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and provide friendly service.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standards.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support team with daily opening/closing tasks.
