Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and ensure the quality of food and beverages we serve.
• Keep the store clean and safe for guests and team members.
• Promote the Einstein Bros. Bagels brand through a positive guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned to support store operations.
