Allied Universal® in Los Angeles is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer to safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, building a schedule that fits your life while gaining site experience across industries.

This role offers hands-on security work with growth opportunities and the chance to supplement income through irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders
