Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on availability, building a schedule that fits you while gaining site experience across industries.

This role offers hands-on growth opportunities and flexibility, with irregular shifts possible on short notice. You must be at least 18 and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departures to protect company property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
