Job summary

Allied Universal in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver to protect client sites, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents. The role offers 30-40 hours weekly with a flexible schedule enabled by our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. Pay rate is $17.20 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Subject to background investigation.
• Drug screening required where law allows.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
