Job summary

Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to oversee a group of patients/residents through the nursing process. The RN will plan, supervise, and evaluate care while communicating status to the physician. On-site employment with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include administering meds, documenting in EMR, mentoring LPNs/CNAs, and ensuring infection control. Licensure, CPR, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing).
• CPR certified.
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
