Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and regulations.
• Supervise and direct daily activities of LNAs, LPNs, and assigned staff.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure supply levels.
