Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support back-end operations and showroom readiness in our West Springfield store. The role offers part-time or full-time hours and an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $19.00.

You'll help with receiving, staging, inventory control, and visual merchandising prep, while collaborating with store leadership to maintain safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service from behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with visual display setup or basic assembly helpful.
• Customer service exposure or café support experience beneficial.
