Job summary

Miniso in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, engage with shoppers, and promote the store’s membership program. You will help customers find products, offer personalized recommendations, and contribute to reaching sales targets with energy and enthusiasm.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized storefront and participating in store promotions and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred and beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, addressing needs and questions.
• Use product knowledge to upsell and recommend merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Maintain organized displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist with stock handling and inventory tasks.
• Support promotions and events to drive sales.
• Safely access and arrange stock in storage areas.
• Promote store membership program to customers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
