Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will model and deliver a distinctive, helpful vibe at the front of the store.

You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, maintain clean shelves, upsell items, manage returns and exchanges, and support stocking and basic store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assist with stock and displays.
