Firehouse Subs is currently hiring Crew Members for FULL- and PART-TIME roles. Crew Members are trained at one station first, then cross-trained for all stations, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service during every shift.

Shifts include Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM or 5 PM–Close for a few shifts weekly, and benefits such as pay raises every 6 months, flexible scheduling, paid training at full wage, meal discounts, uniforms, and a fast-paced environment are offered.

Competenze

• Crew Members must be able to stand for long periods and work at multiple stations.
• Customer service excellence is essential on every shift.

Mansioni

• Operate different stations in the sub making process and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Initially train in one position (Cashier, Sandwich Maker) and then cross-train for all roles.
