Petco Veterinary Services seeks relief veterinarians to work across Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care Hospitals. You control your shifts with flexible online scheduling and set your own rate, with no agency fees and the support of an appointment-based model.

Licensure requirements include DVM in good standing, state licensing for shifts including blood draws and vaccines, and DEA for full-service hospital relief shifts. Liability insurance and compliance with mandates are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing.
• Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform shift functions including blood draws and vaccines.
• DEA in good standing required for full-service Vetco Total Care hospital relief shifts.
• Ability to provide Professional Liability Insurance + license defense policy.
• Compliance with all local state and federal mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief veterinary services in Vetco Vaccination Clinics and Vetco Total Care Hospitals.
• Administer vaccines and wellness checks within an appointment-based model.
