Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties with flexible full-time or part-time options. Shifts include day and night coverage to support a large nonprofit health system across multiple states.

Our client operates 600+ centers with 50,000 associates, seeking dedicated RNs to provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor medications, educate patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required or current.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
