ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable civil process service in Benton, AR and surrounding areas. This independent contractor role offers weekly compensation based on completed jobs and requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a process server or related field.
• Licensed private investigator credentials (where applicable).
• Current or former law enforcement background is advantageous.
• Paralegals may be eligible for the role.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 3 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Utilize ProVest mobile apps to upload photo evidence and record outcomes.
