The position requires completion of a MA program or relevant certification, VA CNA license, EMT-B or CMA/RMA credentials, and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA certification required or eligible for recertification.
• EMT-B certification or equivalent EMS credential is preferred.
• CMA/RMA certification or MA program graduate is expected.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.
• Active enrollment in LPN/RN diploma or degree program with hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient data collection using required technology systems.
• Ensure availability of equipment, instruments, and supplies for care.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow plan of care and perform treatments under RN/LPN supervision.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Support training and onboarding of team members and students.
