Qualifications

• Active California OT license required.
• Flexible per-diem or full-time schedule offered.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care across settings.
• Evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Support rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
