MedCap Health seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute and long-term care teams on a full-time/part-time/flexible schedule. We offer a competitive salary on a W2 basis with benefits, including malpractice coverage and administrative support, and no overnight or weekend shifts.

You will collaborate with attending physicians to manage patients with acute and chronic diseases, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care across 200+ facilities in

Qualifications

• Board-certified geriatric, family, or adult NP (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP).
• 1+ year of experience in post-acute/SNF/LTC.
• Prior post-acute, long-term, and/or skilled nursing facility experience.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with attending physician to provide high-quality care.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic diseases.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team including Director of Nursing, Social Workers, and Administrators.
