Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to apply the nursing process and deliver patient care under RN supervision. This role supports adult and pediatric homecare patients with flexible scheduling and a team-focused environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with opportunities for growth and skills training. Candidates must hold an LPN license in Ohio and meet facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where the LPN practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
