Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks ReadyMED LPNs to deliver direct patient care in urgent care settings across the region. You will room patients, take histories, administer meds, and document in EMR, with flexible shifts 8:00 AM–9:30 PM and regional travel.

Massachusetts LPN license or ability to obtain it and BLS certification are required; 1+ years ambulatory/triage experience is preferred. Benefits include health coverage, incentive programs, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Massachusetts LPN license or ability to obtain it.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ years of experience in ambulatory or telephone triage settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing equipment.
• Rooming patients, taking health histories, and checking vital signs.
• Documenting care in electronic medical records.
• Administering medications and performing injections/immunizations.
• Assisting with in-office procedures and point-of-care testing.

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
