Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in New York. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with day, evening, and night shifts.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, document care in the EHR, and support care-plan implementation. New grads are welcome, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
