Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor resident health and report changes to appropriate staff.
- Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident care.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.
