Job summary

Radisson Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support the Laundry and Housekeeping Department, ensuring the efficient operation of laundry services and maintaining a clean, organized work area. In this on-site role, you will handle linen, stock supplies, greet guests, follow hotel policies and safety procedures, and participate in briefings to uphold the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working.
• Stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) during shifts.
• Follow directions thoroughly and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and maintain professional appearance.
• Load, wash and care for linen following policies.
• Clean laundry room, lint filters, and designated public areas.
• Assist with stocking carts with linens and supplies.
• Greet guests and offer assistance as needed.
• Report maintenance deficiencies on work orders.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
• Support other team members to maintain department operations.
