Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Redmond, Oregon is seeking a Material Handler to receive, organize, store, transport, and issue materials to production departments. You will compile stock records in Inventory warehouses and ensure material is available when needed.

Starting base pay is $21.50 per hour. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, as well as a 401(k) and an HSA with a 175% employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Material Handler or similar role.
• Truck driving experience preferred; clean driving record.
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unload shipments and inspecting items against PO.
• Transporting materials safely to storage and production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment as needed.
• Drive company trucks to transport materials between facilities or to customer locations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and uphold accurate records.
• Select and prepare materials for production or shipment per work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies.
