Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights in Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper for flexible shifts with premium pay. Join our Shift Team and pick up shifts across Ohio communities according to your availability, up to 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities include supporting residents with dignity and independence, managing cleaning schedules, inventory, and records, performing housekeeping and light maintenance tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintains required records; uses Maintenance Request Log appropriately.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
