Job summary

Elevate Infusion is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to deliver home infusion therapies with autonomy and clinical excellence. The role focuses on IVIG, biologics, and other specialist infusions in patients' homes, ensuring safety, education, and individualized care plans.

Requirements include an active Iowa RN license, 2+ years as RN with infusion experience, and the ability to start PIVs independently.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Iowa.
• At least 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medications and educate patients in the home setting.
• Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate infusion care.
• Start peripheral IV lines and administer IVIG or biologics.
• Maintain scheduling and case management through the company platform.
• Document thoroughly within 24–48 hours of encounters.
