BAYADA Home Health Care seeks compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) in New Jersey with flexible shifts and training available. You will deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes under a registered nurse’s guidance.

We welcome experienced CHHAs or those starting in home health; opportunities include CHHA/HHA credential support, scholarships, and ongoing clinical support with 24/7 availability.

Qualifikationen

• Caring for clients with empathy and respect.
• Ability to follow written plans of care under RN supervision.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes per plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and meal prep.
• Monitor health needs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Offer companionship and support to maintain independence at home.
